A sleepy person may feel more productive after a cup of coffee and a light snack. A person who has consistently eaten less food or energy than needed over a long period of time may be apathetic and moody.

When we growth older and older,our body need more energy and nutrient. Changes in energy or nutrient intake can alter both brain chemistry and the functioning of nerves in the brain.
